Strategies, Again?

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Wow. Snooze. 😴

It’s like Deja vu all over again…

Perhaps I haven’t had enough of that Delusion is the Solution juice, or I’m having a bout of Deja Vu but I feel like I’ve already answered this question in Self-Care Sunday and even in The Art of Strategically Not Giving a…, and perhaps other places, too. WordPress must think I’m slipping into amnesia, I’m not that old, yet!

But anyways, I suppose some things bear repeating. πŸ™„

Turn off the news.

Get caffeinated.

Stay hydrated.

Hahaha, a wine glass full of water, yes 🍷

And medicated (don’t forget your vitamins!)

Throw a Fukitol in there too while we’re at it

Don’t forget to hibernate.

Maybe even meditate.

Take a hike.

Get lost.

Exit living in society.

Strategies. Simple.

And incredibly effective if executed properly.

  1. Sound advice. I notice I can never hear the basics too often, as inevitably I’ve begun to forget something, like hydration lately. : )

      • I’m still having a bit of headaches! But I think it’s the weather and then I have a lovely woman time going on right now!!! So freakin annoying πŸ˜‚ how you gonna do me like this, body!? So glad you’re shaking that thing off, hopefully I follow suit soon 🀞
