An eternal wish…

Upon this night, the stars align 

For the birth a soul, a Gemini divine 

With a heart of gold, a brilliant mind 

Intelligent and funny, always so kind

A creative genius, his works of art 

His humor and wit, a gift from the heart 

His duality shines, of darkness and light 

A spirit so bold, with a warrior’s strong might

A friend to many, he lends a helping hand 

If you haven’t guessed, Van Halen is his favorite band

He’s a gorilla, a mayor, and he wears many hats 

There’s also a suspicion that he may be into cats…

So blow out the candles and make a wish

For a life full of happiness, love, and bliss 

A very happy birthday, from me to you 

With love ever so deep, for a soul that’s true blue

Hey y’all – Was planning to get back on here much sooner, still getting used to the new job! I feel so bad that I haven’t had a chance to catch up with everyone, and am wayyy behind, even with my own stuff! I’m hoping I’ll have some time this weekend, but I couldn’t miss a chance to honor our beloved Mayor Gorilla.
