Hmmm…perhaps I will have to start purging some drafts now for real 😆

Oh well, guess you guys won’t have to listen to me bitch anymore about how redundant, repetitive, and annoying the prompts are. 😆

Well, there really is no other news.

I could repost my prompt response…I’m really quite fond of the images I used.

And mountains…

Cue the “damn she thick!!” which is not something I’ve heard also 1000 times before in my life 😆

Why do some people who’ve had blogs for years get the ability to answer again but I don’t? Some others don’t either.

Do I really care?

In other words…

No new is good news?

Gratitude Day #9 “Something you like about where your live.” I’m grateful for both the beach and mountains, both beautiful majestic places where I’ve had wonderful experiences throughout life. No, I’m not choosing just one.

And hopefully, this is putting out into the ether still that I’m manifesting a mountain home…oh, anytime soon.

Happy Friday! Sorry if I’ve been a bit MIA, I have nothing to say 😆 or nothing to write.

Perhaps that’ll change.

    • Slim-thicc is a thing yes sir 😆 🤣 thanks for pointing that out. Yes, this prompt was asked on December 1st of last year and I have another “answered” one coming up, but we’ll see. That one I may want to redo cause it’s pet peeves 🤣

      • I know, it can be hard. At times I find that reading posts by other bloggers helps to kickstart my creativity too. But there are times when I feel like “what I am even doing here, these people are so very talented. My writing is total rubbish compared to this stuff!”. I get it. It comes and goes. Hang in there.
        I had a working Saturday so I’m left with just one day.
        But I get to watch a cricket game tomorrow (on the TV, of course!) so really looking forward to that!
        Hopefully I’ll get to purge a few posts from my drafts too.

  23. Prompts from WP are like most things from WP they repeat. If they are annoying things repeat more frequently. Try a finger point prompt. Open a book randomly and without looking point to the page. The word nearest your finger is the prompt. Keeps the writing muscles well toned.

  24. I’ve only done two prompts so far so I haven’t noticed the repeats but I am sure I will. Like you I loved both beaches and mountains. I love hiking in the mountains and the beauty and I love to read a book on the beach. But I did not answer the prompt. Your photos are beautiful. What a blue beach.

    I was in Florida this week, and I was surprised how cool it was (46 degrees a couple mornings!). Good thing I brought a windbreaker! Is that normal for November in Florida?

  35. Love your posts, Laura ❤ and pics … Gorgeous !!!! But I would love for your meow-meow (Catwoman’s kitty) response … lol !!! I could never decide but the northern coast of California has both, so my decision has been made !!! My meows prefer inside only and temps never below a purrfect 65, along with three breakfasts !!!! Hahaha, Have a beautiful Sunday and hoping your off for the Holiday and you get food, fun, R&R stat ~ 🙂

  37. Great post, Laura. I too grew up in S FL so the beach was a big part of my life. And at UF, I couldn’t wait to make hour-long drive over to Crescent Beach “Ahh, blow off classes today, ‘I’ll get the notes from so-and so’”

      • Ah! Of course! My best memory of the beach was in HS, after football games. Go to 7-11 with fake ID, get a six, sit on the rocks with your friends (now it’s Red Reef Park.”) It was unreal… the moon, those low scudding clouds… I’ve been to a lot of places, but only S. FL seems to have them. Everybody would have their car stereos tuned to WSHE. Man, those were Glory Days 😎❤️👍

      • Yes, it was indeed a fun time! Some of my better memories are from beach times with friends too. Amazing how simplistic it was then, not a care in the world 😂 if only we can have that back sometimes! 🫶 🙏
