Warm Like The Sun…

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

This prompt is so annoying 😆

…or cold as ice?

I didn’t answer the other “describe yourself” prompt cause, well – If you don’t have a good sense of who I am and you’ve been reading me for a minute, I don’t know what else to tell you.

Some people love to talk about themselves…I’d rather find out about other people.

Is this what you’re looking for, WordPress? Because it’s still a bit vague…and if the person can’t see, how would they know anyways 😂

Often times, people either love or loathe me, there is usually no in-between.

I can switch between light and dark mode pretty easily.

Could be both at the same time, even

Indeed, I’ve been told I’m somewhat of a chameleon.

An introverted extrovert when I want or need to be.

A little mystery and intrigue is always appreciated.

I’ve been told I have a “dark aura” but when people actually take the time to get to know me a bit, they often say otherwise.

You may see a side of yourself you don’t like when you interact with me, I’m like a black mirror – I reflect negative personality traits back to the sender.

What is reflected back at you, bounces off of me

Conversely, if you’re ready for it, I’ll help you heal in any way I can.

I’m shielded, as it is necessary. Especially for the day-to-day interactions I have.

I can play the savior…

But I also can often be dubbed the villain as well.

And you know what, I’m fine with both.

    • Haha, right? It’s just a repeating cycle over and over at times. “No, really, tell us again where you’d like to go!” I should really stop answering them I guess 😂

  1. The gap is closing with these images, very little distance between and beautiful. Remarkable. ❤ This idea of black mirror is fascinating, too.

    • Awww thank you ❤️ that means so much from the light being! Hehe 😉 and someone who knows me well came up with the black mirror description, I didn’t like it at first but it ends up being fitting with many situations

  2. I’m comfortable with who you are at any given moment. You just keep at it and it’s all good without explanation.

For some reason, I was not surprised at the DNA split. Always fun to see that as a novelty item. 😊

  3. “An introverted extrovert when I want or need to be.” Oh, yes I can totally relate to that one. Great take at another lousy prompt question. Fantastic images. Well done 👍

  4. DNA results are fascinating, individually and considering the bigger picture of human migration and movement. Even with similar or shared DNA we are each uniquely ourselves and that is a wonderful thing. Interesting learning more about you.

    • Thanks Michele! 😊 that’s so true, we are absolutely unique and yet we are so similar in many ways as humans overall. And thank you – I’m so glad for your interest, you are far too kind! I’m always happy to learn more about you as well 🙏

      • Thank you, Laura, engaging and creative writer and illustrator! ✨ I did the DNA testing in ’22. I resisted for a long time, but I am glad I did it, along with my daughter. 🧬

      • Ahh yes me too! I wasn’t too into it at first, but then I tried multiple haha, and all of them gave slightly different answers which was fascinating. And you are sooo kind and lovely, you are absolutely an inspiration to me! 💜 thank you! 😊

      • My DNA results confirmed my mom’s ancestry research, so that is cool. Majority is Irish/British, followed by French/German, Scandanavian, and Sub-Saharan African. Fascinating, yes and visiting places where my ancestors lived is an incredibly moving experience. 💖 Your end note has filled my cup this morning. Thank you so much for telling me that. 🥹💕 Hope your day is going well. 🌅

  5. When I look at your first two pictures I am sure you have changed your computer which has some kind of a super processor, your AI generator makes miracles, where can I purchase one like that?? Interesting description😊 You know yourself very well I think. ”Often times, people either love or loathe me” People have the tendency to like to own someone they like and if they cannot do that, well.. You are a beautiful young lady but you are intelligent too and therefore someones can interpret your light mode wrong. You are clearly very independent woman and you want to have something deeper than people usually do. You have your own goal and you have decided to accomplish it one way or another. You have also your secret things.. anyway if someone wants to have your attention that one should take just that you want to give and realize you are ready to give a lot. Oh no, I am again out of topic!! Luckily you know me already good enough😊😊

  7. I think everyone has the villain and the hero within them. The only difference is in the percentages. And I am always curious about the old adage that the people we dislike tend to have the traits we dislike most about ourselves, just to a higher degree.

    • Dovetailing off this a bit – The people who tend to constantly wave a huge banner touting all of their “good” qualities tend to have the least amount of good qualities, in my experience. If you have to tell me what a kind, generous, caring person you are, in my observation, you are usually anything but.
In contrast, people who feel the need to repeatedly tell everyone and “brag” about what a badass villain they are, are often nothing more than an insecure baby.
Your mileage may vary, of course, but I tend to think far more people fall in the middle of the road than they’d care to admit.
Anyone who can sit here and tell me they have never done anything bad, or something to hurt another person in some way, is completely full of it.
      There. I think I’m done now. 😄

      • Haha, always love to hear your thoughts, Kevin! I agree with you, of course. Describing yourself can be quite annoying, but I agree there are no “pure angels” and “all devils” out there, we are somewhere in-between, makes sense. I tend to be more of a harsher critic of myself, as I feel most people who have a little bit of self-awareness are, but there’s a fine balance between that at times I think. I do agree there are many “badasses” out there who are anything but, see them everyday. Also see lots of “I’m such an honest person and am treated badly” type of people, but you know the types I’m referring to, I’m sure 😉

      • Yeah sorry. I got off on a bit of a rant there 😄

Yes unfortunately I know the type all too well. One of my my guys on the job is kinda like that. He’s giving me shit as I type this actually lol

We may lean predominantly one way over another, bit I think the general population lands mostly in the middle.

      • No need to be sorry 😆 god, what a pain in the ass lmao 🤣 sorry you have to deal with that!

I think most people are in the middle yes, but it’s the ones who think they’re all that and amazing that you gotta watch out for. Mostly.

      • Yeah exactly. And I’m talking the ones that you can tell totally don’t care. Not the smack talkers who just say they don’t
