Is it very dark in your area? Are you able to see a lot of stars? We have hardly any light pollution here so the night sky gets lit up pretty well. It’s lovely.

Nice!! And no, I do live closer to a city so it’s not always dark, for that would definitely produce some amazing results! I have to kinda go out of my way, and sometimes I feel like you can’t even see the stars but, it’s still nice for me and it relaxes me haha. And I’m sure it is lovely! 😊

I’m one of those weird folks who likes the new moon more than the full. I have my reasons, of course, but people seem surprised by it.

Interesting! I feel like I always “feel” things way more on the new moon than the full moon. Not always good, not sure if it’s that dark side coming out lol. So of course, I’d wanna know what’s your reasoning behind your preference? 😂

New moons reflect that liminal place between endings and beginnings, the dying and rebirth, the pregnant potential of what may come and the culling of that which no longer serves its purpose.
All of those things as well as the less intellectual and more visceral elements coming from my experience in exploring old paths that are not easily expressed in words.
