Ummmm…haha!

What do y’all think it is?

If I’m being completely honest, there’s no one habit I stick to every single day, except for this one:

Were you really surprised?

“No talkie before coffee!” ☕️

And yes, I do need sleep – but even the time in which I go to bed and the length of sleep varies drastically (thank you, night shift nursing!)

Ahhh yes, gratitude to the coffee gods. You have blessed me infinitely!

Maybe taking a sky photo or two is in the daily routine on most days as well, LOL!

      • I don’t like routine because I don’t want to get hooked on things or people. If you look hard enough, there’s only one thing I do out of habit that I stick to. It’s breakfast. I always sit in the same place. I make my tea, always the same way. A little tea in a tea ball. Then I eat 3 cracottes with a tiny bit of jam.
        And when I’ve finished my tea, I stay for about half an hour, looking at the horizon, doing nothing.
        Then I can really start my day.

      • I’m not a big “routine” person either cause it can get boring fast, but we do need a little balance of stability sometimes.
        Your morning sounds peaceful- very nice 😊 looking out at the horizon is always a great way to start your day.

  3. With you there all the way Laura☕☕☕. I drink so much of the stuff, not sure why it is so addictive/nice/relaxing, but it is😌! I think the only things I drink are water, coffee, and milk, maybe in that ratio😊. Have a great coffee empowered day Caffeine Queen☕👑!

    • Thanks Jay! It really does bring the comfort, haha! 🤣 it really is so nice to sit outside in a cool breeze with a coffee, literal heaven! I guess we are all addicted to caffeine! lol 😆 and thank you – I am finally off, so I’m super happy! You have a great one too 😊
