Is time an illusion, a trick of the mind?

Or a man-made construct, leaving us blind?

Are we really living, or just passing each day?

Are our lives fulfilling, or leading us astray?

Questions to ponder, or simply a phase?

A life worth living, or are the memories a haze?

Do we remember, our loved ones in the end?

Do we cherish and reconcile, with our hearts to mend?

Do you believe time has passed you by?

And what happens upon your final goodbye?

Do you live everyday as great as you should?

Doing everything in your power, the best that you could?

Do you look up at the clock, and feel life is a lie?

Do you wonder where time went, and ask yourself why?

Should you change your mindset, and not worry about time?

Is wasting our existence, the greatest of crimes?

Ask yourself, what life do I want to live?

Before it’s too late, and there’s nothing left to give.

Why so many questions?

Do you have the answers?

Don’t get mad at me, I’m just the messenger. Don’t waste your time. It passes very slowly, until you realize how much of it has gone.

Enjoy your life and stop looking at the clock.

    • Hahaha! 😆 And you’re right, but don’t worry about the questions, ponder for a bit, and then go live your life and enjoy. 😊 Because in essence, life’s too short. Even if we live 1000 of them. LOL ⏰⏱️🕰️⌛️

  9. Nailed it with this Wonderful Poem.
    Makes us want to sit down and ponder on where we are and what we want to do with the time we have left .

  13. The second book of my series is about time. My final conclusion was that, even though we complain about its passing, we need it to pin us down and hold us steady; that we would really miss it if we were set adrift from it.
