Gratitude Attitude

Leavenworth Fall

In lieu of the prompt today, I decided I would like to make a post of gratitude.

As most of you know, I work directly in the field of healthcare, and have many controversial things I could say, but I’ve decided not to.

Not today, anyways. πŸ˜‚

Nope…this post is about gratitude.

As I said from my post yesterday – one door closes, and another one opens.

The easiest job I’ve ever gotten

A text sent out on Thursday, and a job offer on Tuesday.

Thank you.

I have no other words for how blessed and elated I feel.

I’ve always been quite lucky with jobs, thankfully.

It’s amazing when everything works out in your favor.

  1. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy!! You deserve a place to be at least appreciated. Oddly, I had a similar experience. Just as things got quiet enough I’d started gearing towards job hunting. The next day I got a call about a job from six months ago that just disappeared after my phone interview. Figured they picked someone. Nope, the lady who interviewed me left, new lady called. No word for a month, but it never hurts to have a good ‘maybe’ backup to inspire. It all happened in my dark period, too.

    • Thank you!! Interesting you say that as well, as this time has been a bit of a dark period for me, but emerging through, onward and upward.
And that’s how it happens sometimes. You forget about the job and then it lands right back in your lap. And thank you as always for your kind words about the appreciation, it is most definitely nice to have! πŸ™
