Re-Emerging…

…from hibernation?

Hey everyone, I hope your Friday is going well thus far, the weekend is upon us!

Omg what do you mean the year is almost over?! How long have I been sleeping?

Obviously, aside from my Christmas message I posted, I’ve been MIA for a bit.

These past few weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster energetically.

I had a couple of harsh weeks at work (one with five 12-hour overnights!) and possibly more chaos coming up soon, not to mention some car issues around the end of last month that are finally worked out (I hope!)

What time is it? What day is it? Hopefully it’s not snowing inside! ❄️ ⛄️

I really want to thank you all so much again for your kind words of concern, either by leaving comments here or for those of you who reached out to me by email.

It is always such a blessing to know that people care, and I am truly grateful.

It really means the world to me!

So what has been going on in everyone else’s world this past month?

I hope you all are doing well and have enjoyed / will enjoy / are enjoying the holidays!

In other news, besides work, car, and holiday stuff, I wanted to give a wayyy overdue shoutout to Ernie Dawg with much immense appreciation for sending me a limited edition copy of his book, Ink Stained Love.

Congrats, Ernie! 🎉🎊👏🙏

Truly so glad that you have made it through this journey accomplished and I’m loving the book so far! Congratulations again and great work. 🙏 Recognition highly deserved!

  8. Hey 👋 Let my blog wind down for a little while. I have one in interim and will return properly soon.
    Sorting out a lot. Christmas totally isolated. Didn’t see anyone. Peaceful. Just working out where my paydays and pay rise is coming from.
    Came through on the mental health. Got the right medication and a proper therapist and put all the overreaching on notice. Federal government backed.
    Got called a smartass a few times in the street and suddenly I bring up topics… and we don’t need to fly through the devil’s anus answering questions with question upon question 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
    I am a smartass and a very good one 🦉🎅

Yes, it’s been more of a tough ride the last few months mostly due to a highly volatile working schedule and environment lol 😆 hopefully that’ll subside and I appreciate your kindness!   47. Well…. I’m a little late, but welcome back! ❤ I did not have New Years plans, but that's alright… ended up with a stomach bug over Christmas. Bleh! Glad that's over, just trying to get my energies back. Did you end up doing anything fun?

    I have been enjoying the collabs between you and Kevin, and someone mentioned on one of his posts about it being able to be a poster… and I must say that I agree! Your collabs could be hanging on peoples walls ❤

      I had to work on Christmas Eve overnight and slept most of Christmas Day so it was bad! 😊
