How do you balance work and home life?
By not being there and enjoying my time off!
Haha, a little hiatus from work and the like. π
Time to immerse myself in deep thought and inner work, learning, healing, writing, and doing all the things I love and adore.

Working on myself, self-care, and becoming that better person I always go on about in my writing.
Going into nature, listening to the rain, hearing the sound and movement of creation, being near the water, feeling my power, working through my meditations.
Being at peace with myself and all those who come into my sphere.
Vibing with music, moving my body, allowing the blood to flow, and the energy to course through me.
And whatever else I want to do. Free to answer to no one, if I so choose.
Gratitude always for a day off and for the freedom to spend my time doing what I want, when I want, with who I want.
And with the full moon energy arising and becoming more heightened as each day grows closer, really drawing in any and all good and prosperous abundance, thoughts, intentions, inspirations and energies.
Also, hopefully bringing some form healing to those who need it most. Even if it is small.
I hope your weekend has been going how you would like it to – and if not, thereβs still time to make it better.
Blessings to you all. Be well.

You’re having a great time. Mine is bit boring. Taking history lessons, making notes and am preparing for Monday alreadyπ..

That’s a great view to sit and watch the water! (I don’t do yoga, unfortunately). You seem to handle your life well, it’s nice to see that.

Finally, your vacation has come! I’m so happy for you β€
I hope you’ll use it to the fullest and have enough time to engage in all these wonderful activities you’ve mentioned! They are so soothing and wholesome, and should definitely balance your energy and ground you π
Self-care, of course, should come first and foremost β€
I also enjoy doing most activities you included in this list π
By the way, do you practice yoga on your own? Which type of yoga? Do you follow any yoga channels on YouTube?
Embrace your freedom and let the Full Moon guide you and heal you β€

Thank you so much! β€οΈ
It took me forever to see this comment for some reason, lol. I’m using it as well as I can for sure, sleep has been abundant, and much needed. Hoping definitely to feel that balance, especially before the full moon comes! ππ
Yes, I mostly practice yoga on my own. I like every kind, honestly! (except for hot yoga, that’s a no from me, LOL, especially with how hot it is here!) π I guess the most common are Hatha and Vinyasa, although I won’t shy away from some more difficult forms if so inclined, haha!
What about you? I don’t follow any channels on YouTube for yoga but I’m open to any if you have suggestions. πβ€οΈ

Happy to know, you have a profound rest β€
As for channels, I rarely use YouTube platform these days, because I'm aggravated at their policies and hypocrisy. I use pinterest for yoga sequences, as I also practice alone. I practice hatha yoga too, though at the beginning I was adviced to follow the path of raja yoga, as I have Saturn in the position of Raja yoga (Vedic astrology), but there were certain issues because of which I couldn't continie practising it. I practiced kundalini yoga (sikh version) as well using Maya Fiennes videos. When I used youtube I also was subscribed to Yoga with Adriene Channel for hatha yoga practice π

Incredibly uplifting and radiant. You possess the ability to seek solace and tranquility amidst life’s challenges, even in its darkest moments. Always focus forward, never dwelling on the past, and maintain your proud stance, reassured that You Are Loved.

Super welcome! PS I’d love a yoga-view like that too (mine tends to be dawn over the houses I’m hemmed in by – but I’ll take the beauty in the changing light as my morning blessing).

I know, right?! That would be awesome. I’m in a crowded area too, and it’s hot. If I can ever get out to a view like this, I will consider myself infinitely blessed.

I personally find everything about you to be WAY beyond alluring… the drawings, the photos, the writing… all that of a strong spirit who is LIVING LIFE, as opposed to going along for the ride. My only regret is that my physical presence is pretty much set, here in the mountains… because YOU dear are worth chasing! Rock on! – Mark
