What are your biggest challenges?

Procrastination.
Worry.
Fear. Anxiety.
Leaving behind the life I knew for a hopefully better one.
Removing unhealthy and unwanted attachments to people, places, things that no longer serve my highest good.
Also, changing my sleep schedule. Since Iβve been working for the last 3-4 years on the night shift, and now switching to day shifts.
Should be easy, right?
Getting used to new experiences and new people (personalities, letβs say) are never easy.
But letβs hope Iβm making the best, and healthiest choice for myself, finally.
Finallyβ¦putting myself first.
