Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?
The very moment my feet walk outside of that psychiatric hospital and my “weekend” of 4 days off starts, I am ecstatic because that is my literal “playtime”.

Of course, in my daily life and even when I’m working, I always try to find ways to make stressful situations more fun and interesting, and I’ve been told I’m quite hilarious as well. Laughing and enjoying myself would equal “play” to me.
So what are some things that I do to play in my daily life?
Planning my next vacation.
Spending time with friends.
Going out in nature either in solitude or even with others.
Swimming.
Spending time with my animals.
Writing and reading and doing all things that bring me pleasure.
Listening to music and dancing.
Exercising or hula hooping.
Recording videos or taking photographs of beautiful things and places.
Getting lost in a dream.
So many more things, possibilities are boundless.

Yep…this is my last 12 hour shift tonight, so I felt this post very fitting for brainstorming what I’m about to do on my next 4 days off.
I can’t wait!

Nice ! Thank you Laura to check my blog and many likes !
