Who doesn’t love the late eighties? Who Framed Roger Rabbit came out, as well as Coming to America. They don’t make good and funny movies like that anymore, my opinion anyways. Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” was released, a song that still gives me chills today when I re-watch the video (and after I read about its mysterious origins).

Just because I like it, has nothing at all to do with the year 1988.

I was probably one of the last few generations that didn’t constantly have a cell phone or tablet shoved in my face before the age of 10, or had to worry about my actions being recorded or posted to social media (we did eventually have MySpace, and I do also recall reading some angsty Livejournal posts a few years back, yikes!)

Yeah, I may be vintage, but I’m a damn good one!
